Quotes are good-faith estimates based on the details you provide. They are not a binding contract until a load is confirmed in writing by our dispatch. Rates may change with lane, weight, dimensions, permits, fuel, and scheduling.
Freight Services
All freight is moved under our carrier authority and the terms of our rate confirmation, bill of lading, and applicable law. Those documents (not this website) govern any shipment.
Accuracy
We work to keep information here accurate and current, but provide the site “as is,” without warranties. Figures, lanes, and specs shown are representative and may change.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
