What We Collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: company, name, phone, email, pickup and delivery ZIPs, freight type and weight, and any load notes. We do not require anything beyond what’s needed to price and move your freight.

How We Use It

We use your information to quote your load, arrange dispatch, and follow up about your shipment. We may retain shipment records as required for regulatory, insurance, and accounting purposes.

What We Don’t Do

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the people and partners directly involved in moving your freight (for example, a driver or agent on your lane) and only as needed to do the job.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number, we may contact you by text about your quote or shipment — transactional updates and alerts. Where you separately opt in, we may also send occasional marketing messages from Kaden Transport. Messaging is handled through our messaging provider (RingCentral).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from calls or email about an active shipment.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Your consent to text messaging is used only by Kaden Transport to contact you.

This site uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. It does not build advertising profiles or track you across other sites.
